I am Wendy; I am 36 years old and Mummy to my two beautiful children. My daughter Bethany is 10 years old and my son Max is 5.

I have worked in nurseries as a nursery nurse progressing to nursery manager during 18 years working in the childcare sector. After juggling work and my family commitments I decided in 2009 to become a registered childminder.

My knowledge and experience in Childcare has helped me to achieve high standards of care which led to me being rewarded an OUTSTANDING grade at my first Ofsted inspection in October 2009.

I am now working towards becoming a network childminder and I start my Foundation Degree in September 2011.
